Frequently asked questions
Is PLA+ much harder to print than PLA?
No, PLA+ prints under the same conditions as standard PLA (200-230 °C). The main difference lies in the strength and durability of the final parts, not the printing process.
Does PLA need drying before use?
Standard PLA absorbs little moisture, but in humid environments, it is recommended to dry it at 50 °C for 4 to 6 hours before printing to ensure a better surface finish.
What is the delivery time to mainland Portugal?
Orders for mainland Portugal are estimated to be delivered within 2 to 4 business days after payment confirmation. Shipments to islands and other European countries have different delivery times.
How to properly store PLA filament?
Store in an airtight bag with desiccant, in a dry place away from direct sunlight. PLA is sensitive to humidity and prolonged UV exposure, which can make it brittle.
