(Orders placed by 3 p.m. can be picked up on the same day)
Next Day Delivery
Orders are delivered by CTT within 1–2 business days after dispatch. One delivery attempt will be made to the indicated address – if delivery is not possible, the order will be available at the nearest CTT point to your postal code.
Next Day Pick Up
Orders are delivered to the Pick Up Point selected by the customer 1–2 business days after dispatch.
Portuguese Islands (Madeira and Azores)
Sea Shipping – Between 7 to 12 business days
Mainland Spain
Mainland Spain 1-3 days

During the period between the second half of November and Christmas, due to the significant increase in carrier order volumes, delays in order delivery may occur.
We appreciate your understanding during this busy period and recommend placing your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Pickup and Tracking Instructions
Warehouse Pickup (Anadia)
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup at the warehouse address.
To proceed with the pickup, you must present the confirmation email along with a valid identification document (Citizen Card, Passport, or Identity Card).
Pickup must be made by the order holder.
If not possible, the order can be picked up by another person, provided they present the confirmation email and the holder's identification document.
This service is free.
Next Day Delivery
You will receive an email and/or a WhatsApp message confirming the dispatch of your order, with the respective tracking number and link, so you can track it in real time.
If the order is not delivered on the first attempt, it will be available at the nearest CTT point to your postal code.
If it is not picked up within 5 business days, it will be automatically returned to the origin.
Portuguese Islands
Shipping to the islands is done by sea. As soon as the order is handed over to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, with the respective tracking code, so you can follow the delivery status.
Delivery will be made by a CTT courier.
If the order is not delivered on the first attempt, it will be available at the nearest CTT point to your postal code, where it will be available for pickup for 5 business days.
You will receive an email from CTT informing you that the delivery was not completed, as well as the exact location of your order.
If the order is not picked up within 5 business days, it will be returned to the origin.
Unreceived and Returned Orders
If the order is not picked up within the period stipulated by the transport services and returns to our warehouse, the customer will be notified. You have two options to request redelivery, and the associated costs are those of a normal delivery.
- Reshipment to home or pick-up point: The customer can pay for the reshipment costs via Mbway or MB. After payment, it will be necessary to send proof, along with the delivery address or the chosen Pickup point. The order will be processed and sent after confirmation of payment and reshipment choice.
- Warehouse Pickup: Alternatively, customers in the Anadia area can choose to pick up the order directly at our Warehouse, at no additional cost.

- Opening hours: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
It is important that the customer responds to the notification and completes the reshipment process within a maximum period of 60 days from the date of notification. After this period, and if we have not received any instructions or payment, the products may be forwarded for internal management, without the possibility of refund or compensation.
