Next Day Delivery
Orders are delivered by CTT within 1–2 business days after dispatch. A delivery attempt will be made at the specified address - if delivery is not possible, the order will be available at the CTT point closest to your postcode.
Next Day Pick Up
Orders are delivered to the customer-selected Pick Up Point within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

During the period between the second half of November and Christmas, due to a significant increase in courier order volumes, order deliveries may be delayed.
We appreciate your understanding during this busy period and recommend that you place your orders in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Collection and Tracking Instructions
Warehouse Collection (Anadia)
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for collection at the warehouse address.
To collect your order, you must present the confirmation email along with a valid form of identification (Citizen Card, Passport, or Identity Card).
The order must be collected by the account holder.
If this is not possible, the order may be collected by someone else, provided they present the confirmation email and the account holder's form of identification.
This service is free of charge.
Next Day Delivery
You will receive a confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message when your order has been dispatched, including the tracking number and link, so you can track it in real time.
If the order is not delivered on the first attempt, it will be available at the CTT point closest to your postcode.
If it is not collected within 5 business days, it will automatically be returned to the point of origin.
Portuguese Islands
Shipments to the islands are sent by sea. As soon as the order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking code so you can monitor the delivery status.
The order will be delivered by a CTT courier.
If the order is not delivered on the first attempt, it will be available at the CTT point closest to your postcode, where it can be collected within 5 business days.
You will receive an email from CTT informing you that the delivery was not completed, as well as the exact location where your order is held.
If the order is not collected within 5 business days, it will be returned to the point of origin.
Orders Not Collected and Returned
If the order is not collected within the timeframe specified by the courier services and is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be notified. You have two options for requesting redelivery, and the associated costs will be the same as those for a standard delivery.
- Redelivery to home or pick-up point: The customer can pay the redelivery costs via MB WAY or MB. After payment, you will need to send the proof of payment along with the delivery address or chosen Pick Up Point. The order will be processed and dispatched once payment and the redelivery option have been confirmed.
- Warehouse Collection: Alternatively, customers in the Anadia area may choose to collect the order directly from our Warehouse at no additional cost.

It is important that the customer responds to the notification and completes the redelivery process within a maximum of 60 days from the date of the notification. At the end of this period, if we have not received any instructions or payment, the products may be transferred to internal management, with no possibility of a refund or compensation.
