Do I need a special nozzle to print PLA CF?

Yes, necessarily. Carbon fibers are abrasive and quickly wear out brass nozzles. Always use hardened steel, ruby, or equivalent nozzles.

What are the advantages of PLA CF over normal PLA?

PLA CF is significantly stiffer and more dimensionally stable than conventional PLA. It also offers a technical matte finish that better disguises print lines.
