🌟 Prusa Nextruder Brass Nozzle (0.6 mm)

The Nextruder Brass Nozzle is Prusa's official replacement nozzle for the Nextruder, available in various diameters. Unlike conventional nozzles, the Prusa Nozzle integrates the nozzle and heatbreak into a single all-metal piece — completely eliminating the PTFE tube from the filament path for greater reliability, higher temperature support, and much faster nozzle changes. Compatible with MK4, MK4S, MK3.9, MK3.9S, XL, CORE One, CORE One+, and CORE One L printers.

🔹 What sets the Prusa Nextruder Brass Nozzle apart?

  • Integrated nozzle and heatbreak in a single piece — exclusive Prusa all-metal design that eliminates the PTFE tube from the filament path for greater reliability and high-temperature support.
  • All-metal filament path — no PTFE anywhere in the path, for safer printing at high temperatures and with technical materials.
  • Much faster nozzle change — direct fit into the Nextruder without needing to disassemble additional components.
  • High-precision brass — excellent thermal conductivity for uniform filament melting and quality finish.
  • Official Prusa nozzle — guaranteed quality and compatibility with the entire Nextruder family.
  • V6 compatible via adapter — if you prefer third-party V6 nozzles, the Nextruder-to-V6 adapter is available separately.

✅ Advantages

  • All-metal design without PTFE — greater reliability and higher temperature support.
  • Quick change — no complex hotend disassembly.
  • Ideal for PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA, and standard materials in general.
  • Official nozzle with Prusa factory quality.

Frequently asked questions

Which Prusa printers is this 0.6 mm nozzle compatible with?

Compatible with Prusa MK4, MK4S, MK3.9, MK3.9S, XL, CORE One, CORE One+, and CORE One L. Not compatible with MK3.5, MK3.5S, MK3S+, MK3, MK2.5S, MK2.5, MINI, MINI+, MMU3, SL1S, HT90, or INDX.

What does 'all-metal' mean, and what is its advantage compared to conventional nozzles?

All-metal means the filament path is entirely metal – no PTFE tube anywhere along the path. This increases reliability, supports higher temperatures, and simplifies nozzle changes without disassembling additional components.

Is this brass nozzle suitable for abrasive filaments like CF or GF?

No. For abrasive filaments such as PLA-CF, PETG-CF, PA-CF, or fibreglass composites, use the hardened steel nozzle, sold separately. Brass wears out quickly with abrasive filaments.

Is it compatible with 3rd party V6 nozzles on the Nextruder?

Not directly. The Nextruder uses a native all-metal nozzle format that is not interchangeable with standard V6 nozzles. To use third-party V6 nozzles, the Nextruder to V6 Nozzle Adapter, sold separately, is required.
