Genuine Prusa Parts - CHT Brass Nextruder Nozzle (0.4 mm / 0.6 mm)

€27,90 EUR

The CHT Nextruder Brass Nozzle is the high-flow nozzle with CHT (Core Heating Technology) included as standard in MK4S, MK3.9S, CORE One, CORE One+, and CORE One L printers. Available as a direct replacement part or an upgrade for MK4, MK3.9, and XL, the CHT internal geometry splits the filament into multiple channels, maximizing heat transfer and volumetric flow for print speeds far superior to the standard nozzle. All-metal, integrated nozzle and heatbreak. Available in 0.4 mm and 0.6 mm.

🌟 CHT Nextruder Brass Nozzle – Prusa (0.4 mm / 0.6 mm)

The CHT Nextruder Brass Nozzle is the high-flow nozzle with CHT (Core Heating Technology) included as standard in MK4S, MK3.9S, and CORE One/+/L printers. Available as a replacement part or upgrade for MK4, MK3.9, and XL printers, the internal CHT geometry divides the filament into multiple channels to maximize heat transfer and significantly increase volumetric flow rate — allowing for much faster prints than the standard brass nozzle, without compromising quality. Available in 0.4 mm (general-purpose and detail) and 0.6 mm (speed and volume).

🔹 What sets the Prusa CHT Brass Nozzle apart?

  • CHT (Core Heating Technology) — internal geometry that divides the filament into multiple channels, maximizing the contact area with the melting zone for a much higher volumetric flow rate than the standard nozzle.
  • Standard nozzle on MK4S, MK3.9S, and CORE One/+/L — direct replacement part without any adjustments.
  • Upgrade for MK4, MK3.9, and XL — immediate improvement in printing speed without machine alterations.
  • All-metal path — no PTFE anywhere in the path, nozzle and heatbreak integrated into a single piece.
  • Quick change — direct fit into the Nextruder without complex disassembly.
  • High-precision brass — excellent thermal conductivity for uniform and consistent extrusion.

✅ Advantages of the CHT Nozzle

  • Significantly higher printing speeds than the standard nozzle.
  • Standard part on the latest Prusa printers — direct replacement without additional configurations.
  • All-metal path for greater reliability and thermal support.
  • Two diameter variants for different printing needs.

💡 Notes and Recommendations

  • For abrasive filaments (CF, GF, composites) — use the hardened steel nozzle, sold separately.
  • Select the correct diameter before ordering — 0.4 mm for detail and general use, 0.6 mm for fast, larger volume prints.
  • Sold individually — includes 1 CHT brass nozzle in the selected diameter.

Frequently asked questions

Which Prusa printers are compatible with the Nextruder CHT Nozzle?

Compatible with Prusa MK4, MK4S, MK3.9, MK3.9S, XL, CORE One, CORE One+, and CORE One L. Not compatible with MK3.5, MK3.5S, MK3S+, MK3, MK2.5S, MK2.5, MINI, MINI+, MMU3, SL1S, HT90, or INDX.

What is the difference between the CHT Nozzle and the E3D High Flow Nozzle for the Nextruder?

Both are all-metal high-flow nozzles for the Nextruder. The CHT is the stock nozzle for the MK4S/MK3.9S/CORE One — ideal as a direct replacement part. The E3D High Flow is developed in partnership with E3D with a distinct 4-channel geometry. Both increase flow compared to the standard nozzle.

Is this CHT nozzle suitable for abrasive filaments like CF or GF?

No. For abrasive filaments such as PLA-CF, PETG-CF or PA-CF, use the hardened steel nozzle, sold separately. Brass wears quickly with abrasive materials.

Which diameter should I choose — 0.4 mm or 0.6 mm?

0.4 mm is the industry standard diameter — great for detail and general use. 0.6 mm is for faster, larger volume prints with less detail. Select before ordering — sold individually in the chosen diameter.
