Frequently asked questions
What types of parts is ASA recommended for?
ASA is ideal for parts exposed to the outdoors: automotive supports, signage, drones, electrical boxes, and any application subject to sun, rain, or temperature variations.
Does the ASA need a closed printer?
A closed chamber is recommended to minimize warping, especially for large parts. The bed should be heated between 90 and 110 °C, and the layer fan should be reduced or turned off.
What is the delivery time for mainland Portugal?
Orders to mainland Portugal have an estimated delivery time of 2 to 4 working days after payment confirmation. Shipments to islands and other European countries have different delivery times.
How to prepare ASA before printing?
Dry ASA at 80 °C for 4 to 6 hours before use. Always store in an airtight bag with desiccant, as this material absorbs moisture quickly.
