Filament 3D's ASA is an engineering filament created for demanding applications, offering high resistance to UV rays, weathering, and wear. It is ideal for outdoor parts, automotive components, functional supports, and prototypes that require durability and dimensional stability.

⚙️ Printing Parameters

• Extrusion temperature: 240 – 260 °C
• Heated bed: 90 – 110 °C
• Heated chamber: recommended for large parts
• Layer fan: off or low (0–20%)
• Speed: 40 – 70 mm/s

💡 Notes and Recommendations

• Due to thermal contraction, prefer an enclosed printer to minimize warping.
• Drying before use: ~80 °C for 4–6 h to eliminate moisture.
• Use high adhesion surfaces (textured PEI/3DLAC) and brim/raft on long parts.
